- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks

- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, combine egg and milk and cream until blended.
