Watermelon is a refreshing fruit for the summer. It contains 92% water making it a hydrator. It has a natural sweet taste that makes it a perfect ingredient for ice popsicles. It is healthy and super easy to make. So, why buy to stores that are filled with sugar and artificial ingredients when you can make it at home?
With only two ingredients you can make your healthy and delicious ice-popsicles (no added sugar).
- 1 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup strawberries
Blend the ingredients until smooth
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- 3 watermelon flavor yogurts 1 cup watermelon, diced
- 2 cups yogurt
Add yogurt to each of popsicle molds.
Push watermelon into each popsicle mold.
Add the remaining yogurt to each mold.
Insert popsicle sticks into the popsicle molds. Freeze at least 4 hours before enjoying it.
- Ripe banana
Blend equal parts of ripe banana and watermelon until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds.
- 4 cups seedless watermelon
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
Mix all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicles molds (if you don’t have a pop mold, use small paper cups).
