SPAGHETTI with meatballs

Here’s an easy recipe to an Italian spaghetti that you can serve on dinners, holidays or birthdays. Hope you enjoy this recipe!


1 pound of lean ground Beef
1 cup of fresh bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of dried parsley
1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 egg (beaten)


¾ cup of chopped onion
5 cloves of garlic (minced)
¼  cup of olive oil
2 cans of 28 ounces of whole peeled tomatoes
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 bay leaf
1 can of a 6-ounce tomato paste
¾ teaspoon of dried basil
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper

Combine the all the dry ingredients for the meatballs.  And mix it with the ground beef and put the cheese depending on the amount you desired. Add the beaten egg with the mixture of beef and seasonings.  Shape the beef mixture into ball shapes depending on the desired sized. Deep fry it until golden brown. In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent. Stir in tomatoes, salt, sugar and bay leaf. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 90 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, basil, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and meatballs and simmer 30 minutes more, and Voila! Ready to serve!
