  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water

Saute in a pan the garlic and the onion until you smell the good smell of the onion and garlic avoid over cooking it. Put the pork in the pan and mix it with the garlic and onion, and season it with salt and pepper. Cook it until the pork was a little brown.
