Cheese and Bacon Rolls

I tried this recipe for my two little picky children for their snacks.  Surprisingly, they love it and they even asked for more.

These rolls are easy to prepare and a perfect finger food for parties, breakfast, or snacks. Try this delicious food and you’ll surely love this as much as we did.



  •      some pieces of sliced bread
  •      cheddar cheese
  •      bacon


Remove the crusts of the bread

Using the rolling the rolling pin, flatten the slices of bread.

Place 1 slice of cheese on each piece of bread.  Roll up.

Wrap one slice of bacon around each roll (you can use toothpicks to secure).

Heat the pan (non-stick) to a medium temperature, then add a little

amount of butter.

Then, using the tongs, rub the rolls in the butter and continue turning until all sides are browned and cheese are melted.

You can serve it immediately.
